Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with labels attached.
Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 10 days of delivery.

You may exchange an item for a different size or color if in stock.
Refund Process

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@selvro.store with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
